Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Amazon Account Health Specialist to join our growing agency team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon’s policies and guidelines, as well as experience in managing Amazon seller accounts and handling account health issues. The primary responsibilities include addressing Amazon deactivations, submitting appeals for account health issues, and managing Amazon Section 3 deactivations. Responsibilities:

-Monitor and manage the overall account health of our clients’ Amazon seller accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines
-Address and resolve Amazon account health issues, including account deactivations, performance notifications, and policy warnings
-Prepare and submit well-written, comprehensive, and persuasive appeals for account health issues and Amazon deactivations
Manage Amazon Section 3 deactivations, including submitting reinstatement requests and providing necessary documentation
-Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement strategies for maintaining account health and improving account performance
-Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon policies, guidelines, and industry best practices, and provide guidance to the team and clients on any changes
-Regularly analyze account performance and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
-Provide regular reports on account health status and progress of ongoing appeals for both internal stakeholders and clients

Qualifications:

-At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts with a focus on account health and performance
Proven track record of successfully addressing account health issues, including Amazon deactivations and Section 3 deactivations
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write persuasive appeals and effectively communicate with Amazon support teams and clients
-Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and seller performance metrics
-Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-E-commerce and online retail experience, preferably within an agency setting
