We are a US based Amazon FBA reseller who has been working in the space for 18 months. We currently have a team of 6 VA’s in the Philippines including OA Sourcing, OA Purchasing Manager, PL Brand Managers, and a US based Marketing Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Account Management Assistant plays a crucial role in the e-commerce ecosystem. The quality of the work spells the difference between success and failure for the organization.
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Management Assistant with experience in managing an Amazon reseller account. This is not a product sourcing position.
The main function is to perform account management functions supporting both our Online Arbitrage and Private Label Teams. This position requires someone who is very detail oriented.
The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Online Arbitrage Account Management
• Obtaining Amazon approval to sell items (Ungating)
• Daily management of the 3rd party repricing tools to drive sales and buy box (Seller Tool Kit)
• Working with our prep center to coordinate incoming shipments from vendors as well as outgoing shipments to Amazon
• Reconcile shipment discrepancies – obtain refunds from vendors who shipped less than the order quantity
• Reconcile Amazon receiving discrepancies – Initiate disputes with Amazon for products not properly checked into the warehouse using vendor and prep center documentation
• Delete inactive product listings to improve Amazon inventory score
• Troubleshoot any additional account management issues that arise open
• Promptly resolve any account warnings, notifications, or suspensions.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
• Create weekly summaries of staff performance for review and audit by management
• Create weekly sales summaries for review by management
Private Label Account Management
• Create daily sales and progress reports for multiple ASIN’s from a variety of sources including Seller Central and Helium 10
• Support Brand Managers with any account management tasks as needed
THE REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
• Research Skills – particularly online search
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics
• Planning Skills/Time Management
• Technology Skills – Google Suite, MS Excel, Social Media (eg Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom)
• Communication Skills; fluent in English – spoken and written

o Php 25,000 to 30,000.00 based on experience
• Payments weekly
