Amazon Account Management, Product Analyst and SCM

we are a german company looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant helping us to grow our amazon business. Our Amazon Business is Reselling-Only. Meaning we do not do Private Label and mostly rely on already existing Amazon Listings. We are a team of 4 people and need someone that is able to do the following tasks:

– Amazon SellerCentral Management (Open and Manage Cases with Amazon, do Customer Support in SellerCentral, Initialize and Deinitialize Products, IPI Management, Check for Warehouse Damages, …)
– Amazon Product Maintenance (Check Profitability, Check and Fix Listing Problems, Update and Improve Listing Contents, Adjust Repricer, Discontinue Products if needed, …)
– Amazon Supply Chain Management (Create and Place Reorders, Create Ship-In Plans from 3PL to Amazon and Create them, Be in Contact with our Warehouses, Check and Fix Amazon Inbound Shipment Problems)
– Analyze New Products (Make decisions based on Purchase Price and complex Profitability Calculations)

For all of these tasks we will do Pre-Hire Tests with you to check your experience and knowledge with Amazon. We are looking for someone that:

– Can work independently
– Can make decisions by himself
– Is Experienced in the E-Com World
– Is Experienced with Amazon
– Has Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Knows how to use Excel
– Knows about all the Amazon Fees, Knows how Amazon SellerCentral works and how to talk to the Amazon SellerSupport
– Is willing to do weekly meetings
– Likes to communicate with (new) suppliers, warehouses, amazon and of course the team
– Works smart. We cannot offer a SOP for everything. We expect you to work smart work smart and adjust to the given situation.
