Olive + Crate is an industry leading luxury Eco bedding brand committed to delivering high-quality products on the Amazon platform. We pride ourselves on maintaining a successful, healthy and white hat Amazon account and are now seeking a skilled Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week with a commitment to spread the workload across at least 5 days during Australian business hours. There is the opportunity to develop this role into a full time position for the right candidate.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working on 7 figure Amazon accounts. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to take direction, distinguish when to problem-solve independently, and understand the critical importance of Account Health, taking swift action on urgent warnings.
Key Tasks:
Optimize/Create Listings Using Flat Files:
Have an in-depth understanding of every aspect of managing listings via flat files. We engage in advanced flat file concepts and you will need to be able to work that way, we can offer additional training if required.
Understand node roots and identify appropriate roots for new products based on Helium 10 Xray tool competitor analysis of Search volume and opportunity metrics.
Add/remove information in flat files from Google sheets. Troubleshoot upload problems – multiple uploads often required. Download and save updated templates, checking for issues.
Understand mandatory fields and edit in manage inventory for fields that cannot be altered in flat files.
Ensure that all possible fields have appropriate and compliant search terms.

Analysis & Reporting
Perform continual performance analysis to identify opportunities for listing improvement to increase CTR and CVR
Perform constant keyword analysis, including hi converting terms from PPC and Brand Analytics, to identify opportunities
Weekly/ monthly reporting of key metrics, so performance improvements and opportunities can be identified
Be a problem solver who can identify issues and rectify them quickly and suggest opportunities that can be implemented
Constantly monitor competitor activity, such as pricing, reverse keyword analysis and recommend changes

Manage Split Tests Experiments:
Develop a comprehensive plan of split test experiments across all product groups – these should run continuously and be planned at least 3 months ahead.
Implement split test results vi flat files
Perform ongoing competitor analysis of main and supporting images and A+ content and provide recommendations for improvement/new photography 4 times annually.
Account Health
Monitor all aspects of account health to ensure account is always in best possible condition and rectify any issues in a timely manner
Promotions:
Monitor sales velocity of every SKU and recommend strategies, such as deals, coupons etc to maintain /improve BSR
Track BSRs to recommend improvement strategies when needed
Make sure each SKU always has strike-through pricing and ongoing bundle promotions active

Amazon Newsletters:
Stay on top of Amazon updates and alert Ops Manager to changes that may affect our listings/shop.
Be well versed in all latest strategies to ensure best possible performance. We have lots of reference material to make available
Inventory Management:
Monitor stranded inventory and troubleshoot where required.
Monitor/Report on storage fees – overstock & understocked.
Brand Management:
Update Amazon store – add/remove products, new imagery, reorganize menu/product groups, update clearance and new arrivals pages, optimize alt data, organize product grids by high reviews/stars at the top.
A+ Content – add ASINs, update with supplied imagery/KWs.
Video – apply ASINs to video, upload new video.
Brand Story – apply ASINs, update as required.
Schedule and monitor AMZ Posts
Work with content creators on Levanta to produce UGC in return for product.
We have a Content Creator, so this role does not involve creating content, just implementing on the above platforms
