Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Devote your attention to the good standing of the account by ensuring all products and policies are in compliance with Amazon’s rules and regulations.
• Manage FBA and FBM inventory through proactive forecasting, inbound shipments and
Reconciliation, removing unfulfillable units, and monitoring return reports.
• Analyze all metrics available on the various dashboards and reports to provide data driven
Insights on pricing/profit, ranking, and overall performance of each product.
• Work with Seller Support to resolve any and all issues efficiently with a high success rate.
• Constantly improve catalog listing content using best optimization practices.
• Conduct market and competitor research to bring forward new product sourcing ideas, bundling and packaging options, and product improvement suggestions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand advertising initiates, launch new products,
Sales/promotions/discounts, and other growth strategies. While you will not be running the ads yourself, you should have a deep understanding of Amazon Advertising and corresponding metrics.
• Collaborate with the operations team to create and document SOP’s, policies, and guides for all areas of Amazon.
• Keep the Amazon account in good standing with compliance and regulations.
• Grow seller and product ranking, reviews, product offerings, and sales.
• Maintain inventory levels and prevent stockouts and overages.
• Improve listing content and keep the product catalog up to date.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 3+ years of experience managing an Amazon US Seller Central account doing a minimum of $1,000,000 in sales per year.
• 3+ years of experience with inventory management, listing creation, catalog management and ordering
• 2+ years of experience with Brand Registry and hands on experience with Shopify
• 1+ year of experience with Vendor Central
• Experience with tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Brand Registry, Shopify, ShipStation, Jungle Scout, Hemlim 10 (or similar).
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing

Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday at 4am-12pm CT// 5pm-1am PHT
Salary Range: PHP 50,000- PHP 70,000 monthly, Depending on experience
