Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This full-time role is designed for individuals who have a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and are looking for an opportunity to apply their expertise in a dynamic and challenging environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Daily Monitoring of Amazon Seller Central: Keep a close eye on listings, open cases, and messages from Amazon.
– Inventory Management: Check Amazon inventory levels regularly and create new shipments and production orders as needed.
– Advertising Campaigns Management: Review and adjust advertising campaigns on Amazon, including budget and bid changes based on manager requests.
– Data Management: Perform manual data entry into Excel spreadsheets for the company’s Google Drive files, including sales situations, inventory, PPC data. Data will be sourced from SellerCentral or third-party applications and added to our Excel tables.
– SOP Management: Constantly request and follow up on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the job, updating them as necessary to ensure all processes remain efficient and up to date.

Requirements:

1. **Amazon Seller Central Experience:** At least 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central is required.
2. **English Communication:** Good level of English communication is necessary as we will use Google Chat, Google Mail, and the Amazon platform for internal and external communication.
3. **Microsoft Excel and Google Drive Proficiency:** Strong experience in using Microsoft Excel and Google Drive files.
4. **Analytical Skills:** An analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
5. **Problem Solving:** Excellent problem-solving and oriented skills, capable of tackling challenges with innovative solutions.

**Work Schedule:**
– Full-time position, 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday and 1 hour/day on Saturday and Sunday.

**Tools Used for Task Management:**
– We utilize ClickUp for tracking and managing all tasks.
