You will be working directly with our Vice President of Sales. We are based in the USA and sell on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central in both USA and Canada in the Home Decor, Home Improvement, and Lawn and Garden categories.
Ideal Candidate will have atleast 3 – 4 years experience in Amazon Account Management.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills both written and verbal
Job Responsibilities:
.• Managing day-to-day FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) operations including but not limited to creating & monitoring active listings, “Buy Box” ownership, product ranking, inventory management, and advise / create weekly shipments, to enhance our presence Amazon
• Manage all products, including setting up new product listings, product descriptions, technical features, product imagery and optimizing product detail pages for maximum conversion.
• Create variants as required for each listing on both Amazon USA and Amazon Canada.
• Optimizing Amazon listing content including images, copy, A+ content, and storefront — organizing and coordinating content creation with creative contractors
• Manage & optimize our Amazon storefront pages to drive sales and conversion.
• Maintain & monitor product reviews and customer feedback to ensure a high Seller Rating, Customer Feedback Scores, and Account Health, and to provide a continuous feedback loop to product development team.
• Resolve product pages challenges by opening support cases, and monitor product catalog for counterfeits and resellers.
• Build and maintain reporting for Amazon business, including sales, returns, fees, and related items.
• Stay up to date with current trends and competitor analysis.
Core qualifications:
Has a minimum of 3 to 4 years of solid Amazon PPC experience
Attentive to all details and always ensures that the information presented is accurate and true
Well-versed in Amazon Sponsored Ad Campaigns, Product Targeting ads, and Sponsored Brand ads
Strong in analysis and is able to process qualitative and quantitative data from the selling platform and draw insightful conclusions
Fluency in English is essential, one can relay messages and ideas in the simple and direct way
Creative and Innovative, is able to think outside the box to get the job effectively done
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and great interpersonal skills
Has initiative and is able to think of new ideas which can improve campaigns based on the current trend
Our office hours are 9AM – 4 PM PST – but we can work flexible hours, but need to have with the owners for communication purposes
