Amazon account manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a professional and qualified Amazon Account Manager to manage and operate our sales account on Amazon. The manager will be responsible for product research, supplier management, inventory management, keyword analysis, and professional management of all aspects of the account to ensure optimal sales performance.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

1. **Product Research:**
– Identify and analyze trending and suitable products for sale on Amazon.
– Study the market and competitors to identify new opportunities.

2. **Supplier Management:**
– Negotiate with suppliers to determine the best prices and quality.
– Manage supplier relationships and ensure continuous product availability.

3. **Inventory Management:**
– Regularly monitor inventory levels.
– Conduct periodic inventory audits and update data in the system.
– Coordinate reorders with suppliers to avoid stockouts.

4. **Keyword Analysis:**
– Conduct keyword research to identify the most searched phrases by customers.
– Optimize product descriptions and titles using appropriate keywords.

5. **Amazon Account Management:**
– Set up and manage sales listings.
– Monitor sales performance and analyze reports.
– Handle customer reviews and provide excellent customer service.
– Implement marketing and advertising strategies on Amazon to increase sales.

6. **Performance Improvement:**
– Analyze sales data and provide periodic reports on revenue and profits.
– Offer recommendations to improve performance and increase sales.

**Requirements:**

– Previous experience in managing Amazon sales accounts.
– Advanced knowledge of inventory management and keyword tools and protocols.
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to read and analyze sales reports.
– Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
– Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
