We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Amazon Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The full time role would consist of 5 days a week (8 hrs daily) and Saturday and Sunday (2hrs daily). As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon seller account, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual with a passion for e-commerce and a strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our Amazon seller account to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
Conduct thorough keyword research to improve product visibility and ranking.
Set up and manage effective Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to increase product exposure and drive targeted traffic.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews to ensure outstanding customer service.
Conduct regular audits of our Amazon account to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Stay up to date with Amazon’s policies and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products on Amazon.
Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve conversion rates.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Amazon marketplace management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Amazon Account Manager or a similar role is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s seller platform and policies.
Proficient in conducting keyword research and implementing SEO strategies.
Strong understanding of PPC advertising and campaign management.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
