POSITION SUMMARY:
AGM Marketing Agency is looking for an Amazon Account Manager to join our team. As an Amazon Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships through regular meetings and ensure high levels of customer service, satisfaction, and retention. You will also be in charge of leading a team, including PPC specialists, SEO specialists, graphic designers, video editors, and more, ensuring that all brand objectives are met.

OBJECTIVES:
– Manage multiple client relationships and lead meetings to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
– Day-to-day Amazon Account Management.
– Lead a team including PPC specialists, SEO specialists, graphic designers, and video editors to achieve brand objectives.
– Create and structure in-depth campaign reporting and analysis on a regular basis.
– Develop, monitor, and optimize PPC ad campaigns.
– Consistently monitor accounts to improve client listing conversion rates.
– Manage multiple PPC & HSA campaigns to ensure profitable ACOS.
– Stay up-to-date with Amazon industry trends.
– Create, monitor, update, and promote Amazon listings.
– Oversee and mentor assigned Amazon Juniors.
– Collaborate with clients and the creative team to ensure accounts are on-brand and aligned with client goals.
– Monitor client daily statistics on Amazon to ensure all listings are in good standing.
– Provide leadership and strategic insight to exceed client expectations and meet deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
– No college degree is required
– Previous agency experience is a plus but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
