About the job:
As an Amazon Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all facets of our Amazon business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, including its algorithms, advertising opportunities, and marketplace dynamics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and supply chain will be essential to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Monitoring and analyzing sales and performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
– Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including running promotions and managing advertising campaigns
– Continuously staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new features and tools available on the Amazon platform.
– Creating and maintaining product listings, including writing product descriptions and optimizing titles and keywords for SEO
Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Requirements and Qualifications:
– Prove experience as an Amazon Account Manager
– Proficient in managing Amazon FBA operations
– Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Exhibits excellent communication and customer service competencies
– Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
– Familiar with Amazon’s policies and procedures
– Capable of working autonomously and effectively managing multiple tasks
– Upholds strong work ethics
– Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM)
Compensation and Benefits:
– Hourly rate will be determined based on experience.
– Biweekly pay through Wise.

– Working hours are from 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Israel time.
