About The Role:
In your role as the Amazon Listing and Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our success on Amazon. Your main focus will be to enhance our product listings and bolster our brand’s visibility on the platform. Your duties will include fine-tuning, improving, and broadening our product catalog to ensure that our listings are engaging, precise, and ultimately drive sales effectively. You’ll be reporting to the Director of Amazon Operations and collaborating closely with the traffic management team.

Requirements
– 3+ years of proven customer-facing role experience.
– Ability to create fresh content and conduct A/B tests using product positioning insights.
– Expertise in supervising and guiding graphic designers with detailed creative briefs.
– Ensuring consistent branding and visually captivating listings.
– Strong skills in crafting compelling and persuasive listing descriptions.
– Experience in coordinating with Amazon seller support to resolve catalog issues.
– Proficiency in generating new ASINs and organizing parent/child product hierarchies.
– Active participation in pricing discussions and collaboration with traffic managers and Amazon directors.
– Successful rollout of new content and effective A/B tests boosting conversion rates.
– Ensuring visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
– Introduce fresh content for listings and carry out A/B tests using insights from the Product Positioning document derived from regular product line evaluations.
– Offer guidance and supervision to the graphic designer by creating detailed creative briefs and reviewing their work to ensure consistent branding and visually captivating listings.
– Develop compelling and persuasive listing descriptions to captivate and retain customer interest.
– Coordinate with Amazon seller support to swiftly address and resolve any catalog discrepancies or issues.
– Generate new ASINs as required for expanding product lines, ensuring thorough coverage of our offerings.
– Organize and manage the parent/child hierarchy of product listings for improved organization and navigation.
– Participate in weekly pricing discussions, collaborating with the traffic manager and Amazon director to implement pricing adjustments effectively.
– Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy while effectively managing over 200 product listings across 13 product categories without feeling overwhelmed.

Results:
– Supervise the successful rollout of new listing content and achieve favorable outcomes in A/B tests, resulting in enhanced product conversion rates and boosted sales.
– Guarantee that all visual elements and graphics adhere to brand guidelines and effectively elevate the listings, leading to heightened customer engagement and improved conversion rates.
– Generate compelling listing descriptions that captivate customer interest and elevate product visibility on the Amazon platform.

This position is available for remote work on a full-time basis [40 hr/week/8h day], with an immediate start date upon hiring. Working hours are flexible, however, we aim to operate primarily within the Eastern Time Zone to ensure efficient teamwork. A quiet workspace equipped with high-speed internet, a webcam, and a microphone is essential for participating in video calls. Compensation for this role is based on your experience, and you will be granted significant autonomy and responsibility in your projects.
