Key Responsibilities:
– Create compelling and optimized seller central listings to maximize visibility and sales.
– Upload engaging and informative A+/EBC/storefront content to enhance the brand’s presence on the platform.
– Proactively address and resolve negative feedback on Seller Central to maintain a positive brand image.
– Monitor the buy box and implement strategies to improve performance.
– Skillfully ungate categories on behalf of clients, expanding their selling opportunities.
– Keep a close eye on inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and potential revenue loss.
– Resolve any Amazon storage issues to ensure seamless operations.
– Set and maintain account KPIs, driving continuous improvement and growth.
– Regularly assess the health of portfolios and take necessary actions for optimization.
– Efficiently create FBA shipments to streamline logistics processes.
– Collaborate with Seller Support by raising tickets when needed, always putting the client’s best interests first.
– Utilize flat file uploads to manage bulk operations effectively.
– Provide timely responses to all messages within 24 hours for each Seller Central account.
– Engage in client calls to foster strong relationships and gain valuable insights.

Requirements:
– Proven track record of managing Amazon accounts, either for multiple brands or as part of an Amazon service provider agency, for at least 3 years.
– Strong English communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Agency Standard:
– Communicate all activities within the company Slack channel and Asana.
– Log daily work activity on Hubstaff to ensure transparent tracking.
– Assist in daily activities given by the managers of creative, PPC, and continuously develop your knowledge and expertise in all things Amazon.
