Hours will be in the US, Central Standard Time in the mornings, preferably from 8AM-noon CST with some flexibility. Also include if you are able to CALL Amazon via phone to manage cases.

Job Responsibilities:

1. **Account Management:**

– Oversee and manage all aspects of our Amazon Seller Central account.

– Monitor account health, performance metrics, and sales trends.

– Stay updated with Amazon policies, rules, and guidelines to ensure compliance.

2. **Shipment Management:**

– Create and manage product shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.

– Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely shipment preparation.

– Track shipments to ensure they reach Amazon fulfillment centers without issues.

3. **Inventory Reconciliation:**

– Regularly reconcile inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

– Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions as needed, such as initiating removal orders or restocking.

4. **Customer Support:**

– Provide timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries through Amazon’s messaging platform.

– Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

– Manage product reviews and ratings to improve overall product performance.

5. **Case Management:**

– Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support as needed, addressing account-related issues or escalations.

– Follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution and maintain a positive relationship with Amazon’s support team.

6. **Documentation and Record Keeping:**

– Maintain organized records of all transactions, shipments, and customer interactions for reference and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce platforms.

– Excellent communication and customer service skills.

– Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.

– Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

– Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

– Familiarity with Amazon’s policies and seller guidelines is a plus.
