As an Amazon Brand and Case Manager, you are responsible for managing the brand and product portfolio on . This includes maintaining a positive brand image, ensuring product information is accurate and up-to-date, monitoring customer reviews, and managing customer cases.
The Brand and Case Manager will collaborate with various teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to deliver excellent customer experiences while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategies to increase sales for client accounts on
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are always in stock
-Monitor product listings and optimize them for maximum visibility and sales
-Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely manner
-Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop plans to achieve them
-Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
-Develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase product visibility and sales
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact
-Provide regular updates to clients on account performance and progress towards business objectives
-Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-At least 3 years of experience in account management or ecommerce sales, preferably on
-Strong understanding of and ecommerce best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decisions
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
