Job Description

WHO ARE WE?
Luke is a successful Amazon Seller of 8 years with a deep understanding of how Amazon works. Currently running a brand from the pet supplies niche, he sells in the US and all EU Amazon platforms. Luke puts a great focus on the company’s values: commitment, engagement, persistence, and education. Luke is stressed though, as he is spreading himself too thinly in his commitment to scale the brand. He has too little time due to various other commitments.

WHAT JOB DO WE OFFER?
A rockstar Amazon Account Manager to take over seller account maintenance on all markets on a regular full-time basis (40 hours per week). Someone who can just take care of all daily, weekly and monthly tasks without running back to Luke every 5 minutes. You know – taking care of all analysis around Amazon business to be prepared on time and accurately. Someone who will be able to make the process and analysis run more efficiently and smoothly: with less time and effort. Someone who is passionate about analyzing data and masters Excel and gSheet, also doing tasks like optimizing listings, dealing with seller support & solving unexpected issues. Collaborating with company graphic designers and PPC guys, to finally start managing them someday in the future.

Luke offers a fully remote full-time job, without any pre-defined working hours, which could be started right away. Luke will track your working hours for the first 3 months of the trial period, where you need to prove your skills. Luke offers all the resources for growing mastery in Amazon account management and data analysis, you only need to be resourceful and open to learning. Luke doesn’t look for a VA who is just waiting for the next task to be given to him/her. He wants a specialist, who will run Amazon operations from the strategic and operational point of view after the onboarding period. Luke wants somebody who will make decisions independently and take strategic approaches. He offers a fixed payment in the first three months during the onboarding process and then he will add a variable bonus based on results.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Someone who just takes his / her stuff, and gets it done. Getting good work done on time is more important than logging hours. Someone who will include the word ‘attentive’ in their application. Someone who is a team player and self-motivated. Someone who is a go-getter and is willing to learn new things. The Amazon Account Manager version of Superman / Superwoman. Someone, who has Excel and gSheet in his / her little finger, has a great feeling for analyzing data and is very accurate. Someone who is looking for more efficient approaches to get the job done more effectively. Someone who becomes the hero of Luke’s business – freeing Luke up to take care of other stuff. A perfect performer owns a laptop with high internet speed. Luke wins – as he wins back the time to achieve his goals, but more importantly, YOU win – you become the hero of the business who takes responsibility for all Amazon operations and administration, you’re part of an amazing team, and get as much job satisfaction as you want to have. And who knows, this beautiful relationship could blossom into a full-time, lifelong one!

APPLY NOW!
But wait. As Luke is really busy, he doesn’t want applications from people without experience. He will ignore those applications. Luke will read only applications that will include a concise CV with a description of 3 own success stories in managing Amazon accounts that you achieved. Use your own words – leave ChatGPT for other tasks. Remember to attach your DISC test results. Luke does not need a PPC expert. He needs an Amazon Account Manager, who, with his analyzing and problem-solving skills, can actively support Luke in his business. Sounds like you? Apply now by sending your application and be part of this amazing story.
