We are looking for a AN AMAZING AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGER to help us manage our Amazon FBA account and our team. We need someone who is very familiar with Seller Central and Amazon seller support. We are also looking for someone who has experience with the following on the Amazon platform and can assist the team in perfoming all the tasks associated with an Amazon Account:
– Listing optimization
– Flat Files
– Keyword research
– Business reports
– Customer support
– Initiate and follow through on seller support cases
– Inventory management
– Assist with product launches
– Follow product review best practices to gain more product reviews
We have systems and processes in place for most of these processes but are open to new ideas and methodologies. Experience with FBA is a requirement. We are looking for a motivated quick learner who can get the job done with little guidance or supervision needed.
Main responsibilities would include:
1. Operating the day to day performance of the brand on Amazon, and having ownership and accountability for the full P&L of the brand, reviewing the sales and profit data to understand priorities.
2. Reviewing traffic and conversion data to understand customer behaviour and spot changes in trends, and identifying actions to mitigate any issues
3. Working with different stakeholders from the supply chain, creative and PPC teams to drive improvements in sales and reduce costs
4. Managing our In house team of 7
We are looking to hire a full-time (40 hours/week) account manager. This job expects a full-time commitment to our team. You cannot work for other clients or do part-time work on other teams.
The ideal candidate has:
– Fantastic (American) English
– Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets
– Ability to work with Seller Support in resolving common FBA issues
– Strong working knowledge about Seller Central
– Working knowledge about parents and young kids in relation to the brand
– The capability of interfacing with a remote team to coordinate projects and tasks
– A strong desire to learn new things (and continue to learn as things evolve).
– A committed, data-driven, fast learner, team player, and self-motivated mindset.
– Motivating manager who can work with and motivate 7 young enterprising team mates
Expectations:
40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
Permanent WFH setup
The work schedule is in Philippines Standard Time (Monday to Friday only)
Good quality camera and microphone
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
