Position Summary
We’re seeking a proactive Amazon Account Manager to join the dynamic team at Amazon Wizards. In this role, you’ll oversee Amazon Seller Central accounts to optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction. You’ll analyze key e-commerce metrics, and develop data-driven strategies for growth.
To ensure the highest account performance, you will work closely with our design team to create compelling advertising concepts. Your strong communication skills will build client relationships through updates and reports, aligning with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Account Management: Maintain and manage Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring exceptional performance and client satisfaction.
– Data Analysis: Analyze e-commerce KPIs to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.
– Advertising Management: Strategically structure campaigns, optimize advertising performance, and expand keyword placements according to the product type and lifecycle stage.
– SEO and Keyword Research: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies by conducting thorough keyword research, ensuring optimal keyword placement and search visibility to drive organic traffic and conversions.
– Market Research: Conduct thorough product and competitive research to gain valuable market insights and inform strategic decisions.
– Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with design and analytics teams to develop engaging advertising concepts that align with our clients’ marketing objectives.

Required Qualifications:
– At least 12 months of work experience with Amazon Seller Central
– Over 2+ years of experience in e-commerce (Amazon, D2C, or related fields).
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
– Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
– Practical experience with e-commerce tools such as Helium10 for optimizing product listings and conducting keyword research
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
– Effective self-management skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork
– Familiarity with rule-based bidding tools for Amazon (preferred but not required)
