Job Description

Responsibilities Include:
• Managing day-to-day FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) operations including but not limited to creating & monitoring active listings, “Buy Box” ownership, product ranking, inventory management, and preparing shipments, to enhance Montana West’s presence on
• Manage all products, including setting up new product listings, product descriptions, technical features, product imagery, pricing, options and optimizing product detail pages for maximum conversion.
• Manage & optimize Montana West’s Amazon storefront page to drive sales and conversion.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment. Communicate with the warehouse to ensure all orders are fulfilled and shipped accurately and in a timely manner, while complying with FBA vendor requirements.
• Maintain & monitor product reviews and customer feedback to ensure a high Seller Rating, Customer Feedback Scores, and Account Health, and to provide a continuous feedback loop to product development team.
• Resolve product pages challenges by opening support cases, and work with legal team to monitor product catalog for counterfeits and resellers.
• Build and maintain reporting for Amazon business, including sales, returns, fees, and related items.
• Stay up to date with current trends and competitor analysis.
• Analyze new testing opportunities for the site modules.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of Seller/Vendor Central experience.
• 1+ year of Amazon Content Creation experience.
• 1+ year of experience.
• Strong Excel skills to analyze reports.
• Expert in item setup / maintenance on (Vendor Central), (Supplier Center / Retail Link), , , , , etc.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or other related software (Photoshop a plus)
· Able to navigate Amazon Ads Manger, Seller Central, and Vendor Central
