Job Description

Job Role
We are looking for a star account manager to help us manage our Amazon FBA account. We need someone who is very familiar with Seller Central and Amazon seller support. We are also looking for someone who can do the following on the Amazon platform:
Listing optimization
Improve conversions rate of a listing
Can initiate and run tests to improve CVR or CTR of a listing.
Catalogue management (can use flat files, upload images, videos, edit listing text, create variations)
Keyword research
Keyword ranking
Daily sales tracking and reading of Business reports. Plus can understand how to read and interpret the data and then know what action needs to be taken next based on the data.
Initiate and follow through on seller support cases
Assist with product launches
Research tasks
Ad-hoc tasks as required
We have training, systems and processes in place for most of these processes but are open to new ideas and methodologies. Knowing all of the above is not necessary as we have training but it is a bonus that the more you already know the better.
Experience with FBA is a requirement.
KPI’s
Your main KPIs (the main numbers you’ll be responsible for) are:
Conversion rate
Sales per SKU
Contribution margin per SKU
Keyword rank
Cases resolved quickly with Amazon
We are looking for a motivated quick learner who can get the job done with little guidance or supervision needed.
Hours and Terms
We are looking to hire a full-time (40 hours/week) account manager for an initial two-month probationary period. After the two-month period, performance will be assessed. If performance expectations are met, pay will increase to an agreed amount thereafter (negotiable based on skills and experience). There will continue to be further opportunities for raises or other added benefits based on level of performance.
This job expects a full-time commitment to our team. You cannot work for other clients or do part-time work on other teams.
The ideal candidate has:
– Fantastic English and communication skills
– Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Slack
– Ability to work with Seller Support in resolving common FBA issues
– Strong working knowledge about Seller Central
– The capability of interfacing with a remote team to coordinate projects and tasks
– A strong desire to learn new things (and continue to learn as things evolve).
– A committed, data-driven, fast learner, team player, and self-motivated mindset.
– Responsible and reliable
– Detail oriented (checks work so things are not missed)
