Job Title: Amazon Account Manager/Buyer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Amazon eCommerce Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and managing branded products for sale on Amazon. Your expertise in navigating the Amazon marketplace will be crucial in identifying high-demand products with strong sales potential. You will utilize various software tools, such as Kippa and FBA Calculator, to assess monthly sales volume, determine profit margins, and set competitive pricing.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough research to identify popular branded products with high sales volume and ranking on Amazon.
– Utilize software tools, including Kippa and FBA Calculator, to analyze and determine monthly sales volume, potential profit margins, and competitive pricing.
– Initiate contact with vendors, request quotes, and skillfully negotiate prices for product purchases.
– Manage and update the Amazon store, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and procedures.
– Efficiently create and manage Amazon shipping labels, tracking orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
– Monitor and adjust product pricing to maintain competitiveness on Amazon, utilizing repricing tools and implementing prime discounts when necessary.
– Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, upholding a positive image of the company.
– Prepare Plan of Action (POA) if required to resolve any issues with Amazon, following up until a resolution is achieved.
– Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and consistently explore new products to expand our product line.
