Role and Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Account Optimization: Utilise your expertise to optimise our Amazon listings, ensuring they are visually appealing, informative, and in line with best practices.

Keyword Ranking: Employ your knowledge of Amazon SEO to improve our keyword rankings, enhancing our visibility and driving organic traffic to our products.

Scaling Strategy: Leverage your experience to develop and execute a scaling strategy that aligns with our goals. You will drive our Amazon sales during the approaching Christmas season via PPC campaigns.

Sales Performance: Play a pivotal role in increasing sales by closely monitoring key metrics, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to maximise revenue.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven track record of successfully scaling and optimising Amazon accounts, with tangible results in increased sales and improved rankings.

Expertise in Amazon Europe, including a deep understanding of regional nuances and market trends. Preferably in the Italian market

Familiarity with Amazon SEO strategies, keyword research, and tools.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Company Background & Compensation

We have a strong product-market fit, evident by an average of 400 to 800 daily orders during high seasons on our Shopify website and 50-100 daily orders during low season in Italy only.

We have already launched on Amazon and have gathered 65 orders and 16 5 star reviews to date.

We offer a competitive fixed monthly salary, and we are open to discussing a performance-based incentive bonus tied to sales growth.
