Amazon Account Manager & Listing Expert
We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager & Listing Expert who is excited about growing brands and owning all tasks related to Amazon. The best candidates for this role enjoy wearing many different hats, but especially like researching, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, as well as testing hypotheses to come up with the best product listings possible. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in using the latest Amazon software as well as a strong ability to communicate with graphic designers to create and iterate on product listings that will convert.
Responsibilities
– Do keyword research using a variety of tools to identify each product’s top keywords to pursue
– Run review studies using AI to identify top reasons people love/hate current products, and use that to identify key concepts that should be conveyed in listing content
– Write Amazon copy (titles, bullets, descriptions) based on keyword research
– Work with graphic designers to produce beautiful infographics and A+ content that convert
– Run image testing to identify the best infographics to list, as well as ensure the images are effectively communicating our desired messaging
– Manage inventory and work with 3PLs to schedule inbound inventory to Amazon
– Manage inventory reports
– Manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns. Ability to think critically and suggest campaigns to team is a must.
– Create product launch plan checklists and calendars based off current SOPs
– Maintain regular reports using Amazon data on PPC, KPIs, and Inventory
– Troubleshoot and communicate with Amazon Seller Support to solve issues and resolve cases
Requirements
– Must be full time. 40 hours per week at a minimum
– Must work in ETD time zone (New York)
– Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) is a must
– Desire to wear many different hats – while the above are the core responsibilities, we are a small team and periodically need help within other departments stitch as sourcing
– Previous experience using Amazon Seller Central
– Previous experience using managing Amazon PPC
– Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Support and resolving Amazon cases
– Previous experience using tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Data Dive to optimize an Amazon product listing
– Previous experience using testing tools such as Intellivy or Pickfu
– Previous experience working with graphic designers to produce content
– Previous experience managing inventory on Amazon
– Previous experience working with 3rd party logistics to schedule inbound inventory to Amazon
– Creative problem solver that loves rolling up their sleeves and getting work done
– Ability to work occasionally on weekends and evenings
– Bonus: Previous experience using Photoshop or Canva as a graphic designer
– Bonus: Previous experience finding and communicating with suppliers using Alibaba
– Bonus: Previous experience working with freight forwarders to schedule shipments
– Bonus: Previous experience creating inspection checklists and scheduling pre-shipment inspections
