Join our team as an Amazon Account Manager, a pivotal role that fuses managing Amazon Seller Central, ensuring marketplace execution excellence, and maintaining overall account health. This position demands a skillful blend of account management and data analysis. You’ll be at the forefront of resolving listing issues and mastering parentage setups.
Key Responsibilities:
*Account Management: Focus on optimizing product listings, price/promotion execution, and addressing performance notifications to maintain exceptional account health.
*Listing UX: Expertly manage product listings to boost visibility, UX and conversion. Tackle listing issues head-on, specializing in resolving suspensions and excelling in couple & de-couple parentage setup.
*Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage Seller Central analytics for performance insights. Deliver weekly reports & recommendations to improve Account Health, Listing Quality, Inventory Performance & *Voice of the Customer Metrics.
*Competitor Monitoring: Strategically track and respond to competitor sales tactics, promotional campaigns, and pricing.
*Advertising and Promotions: Collaborate with our Amazon Ad specialists to ensure campaign execution aligns with our objectives.
*Audit promotional activities for execution excellence.
*Customer Engagement: Lead the charge in review generation and star rating improvement, maintaining top-notch customer service within Amazon’s Terms of Service.
*Policy Compliance: Diligently adhere to Amazon’s policies, staying informed of changes and managing associated risks.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing, logistics, and advertising teams for unified Amazon sales and operational strategies.
Must-Have:
*Experience in an Amazon agency setting; 3 years minimum.
*Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, especially in technical operations.
*Deep understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, including SEO, advertising, and sales strategies.
*Strong skills in data analysis and complex data interpretation.
*Exceptional organizational, collaborative, and communication abilities.
*Availability to work between 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (New Zealand time).
Nice-to-Have:
*Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads.
*Knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management.
*Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving e-commerce environment.
