We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our expansion across multiple international markets and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly handle Amazon cases, including proactive communication with the Amazon team for timely follow-ups and resolutions.
• Manage and optimize Amazon Live and Amazon Posts, leveraging these platforms for enhanced customer engagement and brand visibility.
• Oversee the expansion of our presence on Amazon across multiple international accounts, ensuring compliance with regional requirements and market trends.
• Employ a proactive approach to project management, consistently initiating improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering queries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct thorough market research, identifying profitable product opportunities, and analyzing sales and traffic data for strategic decision-making.
• Manage product inventory, stock levels, and order fulfillment processes, coordinating with suppliers and tracking shipments.
• Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
• Maintain compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, staying updated with platform changes and requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling Amazon cases, particularly in communication and follow-up with the Amazon team.
• Familiarity with Amazon Live and Amazon Posts, with a track record of successful content management on these platforms.
• Experience in managing Amazon accounts across multiple international markets.
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to take initiative and lead projects to successful completion.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse teams and customers.
• Proficient in data analysis and market research, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
• Time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
