Position Overview:
We’re on the hunt for an Amazon Account Manager who’s not only adept in the digital marketplace but also shares our passion for customer-centric solutions. Your role will involve harnessing the power of Amazon to elevate our brand, optimizing PPC campaigns for maximum impact, and ensuring our products stand out in a crowded space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and implement strategic plans to enhance our presence on Amazon, driving sales and increasing brand visibility.
• Oversee daily operations on Amazon, including product listings, inventory management, and customer feedback to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Design and manage PPC campaigns, focusing on innovative, cost-effective strategies to maximise ROI and align with our brand ethos.
• Analyse performance data, offering insightful reports and recommendations to refine our approach continuously.
• Keep a pulse on the latest Amazon trends, policies, and best practices, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in Amazon account management, with a strong emphasis on PPC campaign execution.
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, and related analytical tools.
• Agile and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on real-time data.
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration with our internal teams and our online community.
• A shared belief in our mission to listen, engage, and empower our customers through quality products and innovative online experiences.
Additional Skills (a Plus):
• Previous experience with PPC management tools such as Scale Insights or similar platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of automation in campaign optimisation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Amazon account analytics tools like Sellerrise or equivalent, showcasing an ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making and performance improvement
