We are looking for a rockstar account manager to help us manage our Amazon FBA account. We need someone who is very familiar with Seller Central and Amazon seller support. We are also looking for someone who can do the following on the Amazon platform:
– Listing optimization
– Keyword research
– Business reports
– Basic customer support
– Initiate and follow through on seller support cases
– Basic inventory management
– Assist with product launches
– Basic Inbox management
– Follow product review best practices to gain more product reviews
We have systems and processes in place for most of these processes but are open to new ideas and methodologies. Experience with FBA is a requirement. We are looking for a motivated quick learner who can get the job done with little guidance or supervision needed.
Your main KPIs (the main numbers you’ll be responsible for) are:
– Cases resolved quickly with Amazon
– Inventory in-stock rates
– Inbox response time (within 1 biz day for replies)
– Keyword rank
We are looking to hire a full-time (40 hours/week) account manager. This job expects a full-time commitment to our team. You cannot work for other clients or do part-time work on other teams.
The ideal candidate has:
– Fantastic (American) English
– Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets
– Ability to work with Seller Support in resolving common FBA issues
– Strong working knowledge about Seller Central
– Working knowledge about parents and young kids in relation to the brand
– The capability of interfacing with a remote team to coordinate projects and tasks
– A strong desire to learn new things (and continue to learn as things evolve).
– A committed, data-driven, fast learner, team player, and self-motivated mindset.
Knowledge in the TITAN way is definitely a plus.
This is a remote full time job so no other side gigs will be permitted.
