We are searching for an innovative Amazon Account Manager who will work with our client partner – an Amazon expert agency.

The successful candidate will be a key player in driving business growth by increasing revenue and keeping tip-top account health. This position requires flexibility, organization, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meet crucial deadlines, as well as someone who will go above and beyond their call of duty. 

The expectation will be that our client will guide you along the journey, helping to understand their existing business, how they like to operate and work in a collaborative environment. This opportunity awaits someone who would want to work in a dynamic culture where people are empowered to deliver but with proper guidance from the Team. 

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

– Identify, develop, and implement long and short-term strategic direction and plans to drive revenue.
– Be responsible for Amazon store end-to-end management, increasing ranking, conversion, and overall sales.
– Launch new products: keywords research, funnels, listing preparations, EBC activities, listing content, backend settings, review generation etc.;
– Drive the success of product launches  that include delivering on key factors that support this critical phase of the Amazon product lifecycle.
– Monitor account health and performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing, Amazon Advertising trends, best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth, identify new opportunities and present to management;
– Report (daily, weekly, monthly) on campaigns and overall account health and provide recommendations to enhance performance;
– Analyze product ASIN rankings, ratings, customer feedback/reviews, as well as product sales performance to determine the best and worst performing SKUs;
– Stay informed with eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends and technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates (e.g. Amazon)
– Work closely with Customer Service team to strategize ongoing initiatives;
– Partner with Supply Chain and marketing analytics on inventory management strategy and forecasts;
– Catalog and PDP Management — New item set up, item maintenance, content uploading and PDP monitoring;
– Conducting A/B tests across campaign variables (e.g. landing pages) to reach the best results;
– Support the launches of new SKUs on Amazon.

About You:

– Amazon Platform Proficiency – Has 3 years of proven experience in handling Vendors and Seller Central Accounts. Knowledgeable on Amazon tools and space including but not limited to Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Helium10, Clickup, and  Datahawk
– Customer Centricity – Must have a strong customer service mindset (customer first mindset)
– Analytical Thinking – Comfortable understanding numbers and reports to make data driven decisions
– Problem Solver – Able to objectively assess difficult situations and execute solutions independently. 
– Strong Project Management Skills – On top of the updates and progress of the project, and able to drive action to activities that require urgent attention.
– Strong Communication Skills – Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to drive team communication.
– Easy to Adapt – Ability to adjust and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Team Player – Can virtually manage teams and monitor individual performance versus metrics

11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Manila Time)
