Job Description:
Overview: As an Amazon Account Manager Berliner Bags, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brand on the Amazon platform. Your responsibilities encompass managing our Amazon presence, optimizing product listings, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to bolster sales and brand visibility. The primary focus of this role is the USA market, secondary focus – India.
Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller account, ensuring accurate and current product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with relevant teams for seamless product launches and effective promotion management.
Swiftly addresses customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries to maintain an exemplary brand image.
Listing Optimization:
Craft and update captivating product listings that accentuate key features, advantages, and unique selling points of our fashion products.
Fine-tune product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords for enhanced search visibility and conversion rates.
Harness A/B testing to continuously refine and uplift listing performance.
Creating and updating our Listings A+ Content
SEO and Keyword Strategy:
Conduct thorough keyword research to pinpoint high-potential keywords for our products.
Execute SEO tactics to heighten product discoverability and organic rankings within Amazon’s search results.
Sales and Performance Analysis:
Monitor sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to discern trends and avenues for growth.
Generate periodic performance reports and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
Marketing and Promotions:
Strategize and execute Amazon marketing campaigns, encompassing sponsored product ads and display ads, to steer targeted traffic and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team for consistent brand representation across all marketing materials and communications.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and shifts in Amazon’s algorithms and policies.
Leverage market insights to devise and adapt strategies that uphold our brand’s competitive edge and relevance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an Amazon Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
In-depth understanding of Amazon’s platform, policies, and algorithms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and Amazon Seller Central tools.
Experience with Amazon advertising and marketing campaigns is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
