Job Description

What are we looking for: 

MultiplyMii is in search of an expert Amazon Manager, you will be working with an eCommerce agency based in Toronto, Ontario.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of full-service clients or Amazon accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for the client and coordinating all aspects of our services. You will work closely with your team of Amazon specialists to implement strategies and communicate with clients, direct reports, and leadership aiming to increase brand conversion through strategic Amazon brand management.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal.  The ideal candidate has a passion for work, a keen eye for detail, and should be able to work with different personalities.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

– Manage & optimize client catalogs and monitor listings
– Manage a portfolio of full-service clients or Amazon accounts, 
– Coordinate all aspects of services for the client
– Implement strategies and communicate with, direct reports, and leadership
– Lead a small team of Amazon assistants
– Maintain strong relationships with growing account sales and work tirelessly to ensure their success on Amazon

Implement long and short-term strategic direction and plans to drive revenue. Identify and recommend opportunities to support the strategy.

– Be accountable for Amazon store end-to-end management with support of the founder, increasing ranking, conversion, and overall sales.
– Monitor listings, keywords research, listing preparations, EBC activities, listing content, backend settings, review generation etc.;
– Drive the success of product launches that include delivering on key factors that support this critical phase of the Amazon – product lifecycle.
– Conduct market research and competitor research using Helium10 and provide insights and recommendations
– Monitor account health and performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing, Amazon Advertising trends, best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth, identify new opportunities and present to management;
– Analyze product ASIN rankings, ratings, customer feedback/reviews, as well as product sales performance to determine the best and worst performing SKUs;

About You:

Core qualifications:

– Knowledgeable in SEO and Amazon PPC optimization – MAG SEO/ PPC certificates recommended 
– Understanding and experience in catalog management and troublshooting – ticketing, seller support escalation, flat file uploads
– Experience in monitoring account health and performance metrics, sales
– Experience in brand analytics and keyword audit
– Proficient in brand awareness and engagement of multiple brands
– Experience in continuously monitoring SOP – how they correct it and how they improved
– Experienced in Helium10 and using cerebro, keyword tracker to monitor: In order:
– Sales
– Market share gains
– Traffic
– Keyword ranking gains
– Keyword indexing gains
– Conversion rate
– General activity
– AB tests 
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
