As we navigate through rapid growth, we are on the lookout for an accomplished and seasoned Amazon Account Health Specialist to join our dynamic team, ensuring the seamless and optimal performance of our Treatspree Amazon accounts.
Position Overview:
As an Amazon Account Health Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the health and compliance of our Amazon accounts across multiple countries. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon’s policies, regulations, and country-specific rules, as well as a proven track record in resolving account health issues, responding to performance notifications, and effectively communicating with Amazon support.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the health of our Amazon accounts, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Respond promptly to account health notifications, including issues related to compliance, pricing errors, and suppressed listings.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Amazon policies and regulations in each country of operation.
Work closely with various Amazon support teams to open and manage cases related to account health, lost inventory, and refunds.
Analyze and address high or low pricing issues to optimize profitability while adhering to Amazon guidelines.
Investigate and resolve search-suppressed listings to improve product visibility.
Stay updated on changes to Amazon policies and regulations, providing guidance to the team to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Support to resolve complex account health issues.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, regulations, and best practices across multiple countries.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with Amazon support teams and internal stakeholders.
Experience with opening and managing cases for refunds, claims, and lost inventory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
