Our Client is the leading brand in cupping therapy supplies and body massagers based in the US. Through years of working with top healthcare practitioners, Olympic athletes, team trainers, elite spas, and other customers, they have created the most advanced and effective solutions for natural health and beauty on the market.

As the Amazon Account Specialist, you will work directly with the Owners and the Operations Team to
manage the day-to-day operation of the brand’s Amazon store, including proactively monitoring and
maintaining the accounts’ performance and identifying and addressing any issues that may impact
revenue generation.

This role is 100% remote work.

Work Experience
–At least 2-3 years of experience with product management
–Prior experience with Amazon is required
–Hands-on experience with product launch campaigns, giveaway campaigns, keyword ranking analysis
–Must be amenable to work from Mon – Fri 9 am – 6 pm EST

Work From Home Set-Up
–Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be cabled wired on FIBER connection with
a download/ upload minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
–Should have a backup internet solution – LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
–A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i3 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and above
or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
–A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred Good external or
integrated webcam

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development
–Market research and competitor analysis for product categories
–Assist in improving existing launch plans and strategies for new new product launches
–Assist in selecting and gathering data on new product opportunities, market size, etc.
–Support in launching new products and relaunching existing products Work with the Team to further define best practices and metrics for brand growth

Advertising
–Assist with Amazon Affiliates, Influencers and Attribution Links, as part of the continuous brand
expansion
–Monitor performance of PPC campaigns and keyword ranking
–Audit existing campaigns for accuracy and of SKUs and value of media and headlines Within each of the Company’s Amazon –Marketplaces, you are to manage, update, maintain
–Amazon Storefronts, continuously work and improve EBC (Enhanced Brand Content), and
generate unique promotions
–Prepare daily and weekly sales reports showing all key ranking & sales performance statistics
and suggested sales related action items
–Monthly SNS leverage and growth

Listing Optimization
–Regularly audit all product listings, check titles, bullet points, descriptions, prices, keywords and
other product information
–Upload, edit and maintain listings (including variations) on all Amazon Seller Central accounts
–Analyze listings for conversion and improvement (titles, images, A+, cross sell, etc.)
–AB testing suggestions for improvement with listing updates
–Daily and weekly monitoring of Best Seller Badges performance and suggest improvements
–Ensure all product listings are prepared and optimized prior to the official launch, including
correct category

Account Health
–Assist with International Amazon Store Launches
–Continuously learn about Marketplace platform improvements, new trends and Amazon best
practices
–Manage all Amazon Accounts with a high account health level
–Audit and fix issues with listing category, image updated and suppressed listings
–Amazon Emails: Improve follow-up for order welcome email and seek review from customers
–Assist with International Amazon Store launches
–Monitor reviews specially negative reviews and perform all related Customer Service tasks
–Audit and monitor Amazon Seller Central accounts for policy violations or account health
warnings
–Assist other departments when and where needed, such as solving issues with the assistance of
–Amazon Seller Support
–Work on Walmart and Target uploads
–Knowledge of working with flat files and general product data management
–Other ad-hoc tasks that will support Seller Central activities
