As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our clients’ Amazon accounts to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and ensure overall success on the platform. You will oversee the end-to-end account management process (excluding PPC management). Your expertise will contribute to delivering outstanding results for our clients and maintaining strong business relationships.
Must Have’s
–At least three years of experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce
management.
–Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Amazon accounts for
sales growth.
–Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, algorithms, and best practices.
–Familiarity with SEO and keyword research to optimize product listings for search
rankings.
–Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
–Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
–Proficiency in e-commerce tools and analytics platforms.
–Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
–Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
–Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing Management:
–Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring
accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and specifications.
–Conduct keyword research and employ SEO strategies to enhance product visibility
and search rankings.
–Implement A+ content and brand storefronts to showcase our products effectively.
Inventory Management:
–Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
–Coordinate with the supply chain team to replenish timely inventory and manage
product availability.
Sales and Performance Analysis:
–Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and
areas for improvement.
–Generate regular reports and present insights to the team for strategic
decision-making.
Customer Service Assistance:
–In order to fulfill your responsibilities, you must provide guidance to customer service
representatives regarding the proper approach to responding to tickets in accordance
with Amazon’s established best practices. This will ensure that our customers receive
the highest level of service possible and have a positive experience with our company.
Product Promotions:
–Plan and execute product promotions, discounts, and special offers to boost sales and
attract customers.
–Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional campaigns.
Order Processing:
–Manage the end-to-end order processing, from order placement to fulfillment,
ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
–Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate shipping and logistics.
Amazon Policies and Guidelines:
–Stay updated on Amazon’s evolving policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure
compliance.
–Implement strategies to maintain high account health and prevent policy violations.
We promote a flexible working environment; hence, we do a hybrid setup and require your
home working station to have the following:
1. Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be wired on a DSL or
FIBER connection with a download/ upload minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
2. Should have a backup internet solution – LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
3. A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i3 or equivalent processor,
Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
4. A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred
5. Good external or integrated webcam
Applicants residing in the National Capital Region and nearby areas e.g. Antipolo/ Rizal is a plus.
Must be amenable to report to our physical office at least 1-2 times a month, and the rest can be remote.
