Job Description

– WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR –
We are looking for an Amazon PPC Ad expert who can create a successful ad campaign to get us rank (and maintain ranking) on the first page for both paid search and organic search.

– VA IDEAL CHARACTER –
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication, great speech and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should be flexible, passionate and have a keen eye for detail, and is ready to share knowledge and thoughts for the brand’s growth.
Someone who is passionate and would like to see herself/himself grow with our brand in the long term. Someone who is willing to help grow the company and go that extra mile to get things done.

**We will prioritize candidates who are willing to share most or pieces of their work during their campaign creation as we do want to track the amount of time and see how productive the talent can work. This also helps us determine whether or not to have the candidate stay on the team for our next products**
(A great example would be having a video call while setting it up or screen-recording the process of creating the campaign etc. Not required but would be very helpful).

2. Research – Using Broad Keywords to retrieve Exact Keywords to use in Performance

3. Performance – Campaign using Exact Keywords
4. Ranking – Campaign to Rank super high in Amazon search. Outrank competitors.
5. Brand Attack (Search) – Campaign targeting competitor’s brand/brand name
6. Brand Attack (Browse) – Campaign targeting keywords that another specific brand/competitor is using. *Use against competitors with: 1. Higher Price Point 2. Lower Star Rating, 3. Lower Ranking, 4. Lower Product Quality, 5. Lower Listing
7. Brand Defense (Search) – Same method as Attack but targeting our OWN BRAND
8. Brand Defense (Browse) – Campaign to target ourselves with keywords that might show up when related terms are searched. **This usually comes up in the “Items related that you might like” section and we want OUR products to show here instead of our competitors.

We are JCOM, located in Honolulu, Hawaii – we handle multiple online businesses but this job ad is for our newly launched Amazon product.
We only have 1 product as of now (multiple variations).
Launched last December and has made sales in the last 30 days without the help of PPC.
We just also completed the Brand Registry.
