Job Overview: As our Data Management Specialist, you will handle crucial data management tasks including data entry, purchase tracking, and financial reconciliation. This role does not require prior Amazon store experience as comprehensive training will be provided. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency and success, offering you a significant growth trajectory within our company.
Responsibilities: Accurately perform data entry and maintain integrity in system data. Deal with day to day Amazon Issues Track purchases and update inventory levels in our database. Conduct financial reconciliations to align purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Getting in contact with suppliers to file claims for lost/missing inventory. Collaborate with the team to refine data processes for enhanced operational efficiency. Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions to generate analytical reports aiding strategic decisions.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with strong capability in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data. Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting financial data. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, capable of effective written and verbal expression. Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting. Keen to learn and adaptable to evolving project requirements.
