ADMINISTRATIVE AMAZON VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK
SALARY: $300 USD/MONTH
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Admin Virtual Assistant & Account Manager to support and help us grow and scale our UK Amazon FBA business, managing administrative task and daily operations for our UK Amazon Seller Central account. This is a broad and varied role that will include the administrative tasks of managing the Amazon account, as well as an element of contacting brands and distributors for wholesale sourcing.
The role is a full-time long-term employment opportunity, working remotely, 40 hours a week, so we require a candidate who can commit themselves to the role fully without other employment commitments. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, looking for a longer term position with space to grow in the role. We ask that only candidates with experience of managing an Amazon account previously apply, as we are looking for someone that can hit the ground running and help us improve the way we manage our account and systems.
We are looking for the below experience, please include in your applications details of your experience in relation to the below;
ROLE DUTIES
Amazon Account Management:
Managing Amazon messages and email account; supplying requested invoices, responding to queries, escalating where required, etc
Managing daily seller central checks, including managing cases, dealing with stranded and unfulfillable inventory and maintaining account health and feedback
Managing orders, shipments and conduct reconciliations checks, disputing any issues such as orders not arriving, incorrect items, damaged items, items not returned, problems with Amazon shipments, etc.
Inventory management; managing inventory levels, forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstocking, implementing inventory optimization strategies, deleting ASINs for products no longer stocked etc
Assisting with chasing VAT and filing VAT receipts and managing ungates for the business
Managing advertising/PPC campaigns.
Wholesale:
Mass e-mailing suppliers that meet our target criteria to open trade accounts
Managing communication with suppliers
Filling in account forms to pen trade accounts
Analyzing price sheets to see if products meet basic criteria for purchasing
Other
Listing management on other platforms, e.g eBay
Managing COG’s on our repricer and STK
Assisting in managing our Inventory Pal (lead/purchasing database)
Helping to set up A2A alerts
Ad hoc requests to support the business
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes, previous experience in managing Amazon accounts is a must (please don’t apply unless you have the experience).
Reasonable knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets (experience using Amazon flat files is advantageous)
Experience using Airtable and Inventory Pal (our order and lead management system) would be advantageous
Basic knowledge of amazon advertising/PPC campaigns
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
We are looking for full-time help. You will be expected to work 40 hours a week
You will be required to use timeproof software to demonstrate that you are working effectively during your contracted hours. There are no set hours, but we’d like you to have some cross over with UK 9am-5pm working hours for communication.
You will be expected to work for us and only us – you may not work for any other e-commerce sellers at the same time
