Amazon Ads Manager

I’m Michal Stawicki, a bestselling author and the owner of Resurrecting Books – a small digital advertising agency specialized in running book ads for authors on Amazon. I’m looking for an independent part-time associate for the position of Amazon Ads Manager.
This is an entry-level position, previous experience with Amazon ads is welcome, but not required.
Resurrecting Books serves 30+ authors advertising 100+ titles across eight Amazon stores. We supervise tens of thousands of Amazon ads helping authors to sell a few thousand copies every month.
Amazon Ads Manager

Mission: Optimize book ads to keep them on budget and effective
Exemplary tasks:
-keyword research on Amazon
-creating and analyzing search terms reports
-ad campaigns maintenance and optimization
-turning off inefficient targets
-optimizing bids
-documenting business processes

Requirements:
-excellent English skills
-an active reader – if you don’t read books, don’t apply
-basic digital acumen (keeping an online calendar, taking screenshots, recording your screen, uploading video; if you consider any of the above tasks technical or complicated, please DO NOT apply).
-willingness to learn; the above list of tasks is just a sample, you may deal with all or any of them. You will be required to learn new tasks, skills and tools
-ability to provide at least 20 hours of work a week

VERY nice to have:
-being a self-published author with at least 1 book on Amazon and an active advertising account
Nice to have:
-extensive AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) experience

The recruiting process consists of four stages:

I. Complete online form.

This step shouldn’t take you more than 30 minutes.

II. First video-call with me.
30-minute call where we will chat about Resurrecting Books’ mission and core values and how you can see yourself fitting the picture.
Up to 24 hours after the calI I will inform all the candidates if they qualified to the next stage.

III. Complete test.
I’ll contact people whom I consider a good fit and give them some tasks to perform. I guesstimate the tasks should take you about three hours to finish. You will be paid $15 for successfully performing the job.
You will have one week to submit the end result.

IV. A video-call interview with me and your future teammates.
One-hour call where we will clarify our mutual expectations and responsibilities.
24 hours after the last interview I will inform all the candidates about the final verdict and provide my feedback.
