Brightways is a leading Dutch Amazon Agency. We support brands through full managed services in every stage of their Amazon growth. Our services do support all Amazon marketplaces worldwide, but the main focus is Europe with Germany and UK as most dominant marketplaces.

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Amazon Advertising Specialist. We consider junior (some relevant experience) to senior (die-hard Amazon experts) candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Amazon Advertising Strategy:
– Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with clients’ goals and market trends.
– Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI, sales, and brand visibility.

2) Campaign Management:
– Create, manage, and monitor various types of Amazon ads, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
– Conduct keyword research and implement relevant targeting strategies.

3) Budget Management:
– Set, monitor, and adjust advertising budgets to achieve optimal performance.
– Analyze and report on key performance metrics to clients regularly.

4) Marketplace and Industry Awareness:
– Stay informed about Amazon advertising best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
– Adapt strategies based on market dynamics and competitor activities.

5) Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
– Generate regular reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and recommending improvements.

Qualifications:
– Basic to strong experience in managing Amazon advertising campaigns.
– In-depth understanding of Amazon Advertising platform (or capable of fast learning), including campaign setup, targeting options, and bid strategies.
– Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.

Communication and Collaboration:
– Collaborate with the broader team to align advertising strategies with overall brand goals.
– Communicate effectively with clients, providing insights and recommendations.

Technical Requirements:
– Proficient in using Amazon Advertising Console and related tools.
– Familiarity with third-party advertising tools for campaign optimization is a pre
– Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
