Established two and a half years ago, we work with leading food and drink brands in the UK and Europe and are thrilled to expand our services to clients in the US and Canadian markets. We are looking for a candidate with prior experience working within Amazon, who can bring valuable insights and expertise to our agency and clients.
As a key member of our UK-based startup team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our catalogue optimisation services and grow alongside our business. Ideally, candidates will be able to work within the UK time zone to ensure smooth communication and collaboration with our team and clients.
Responsibilities:
– Own and optimise product catalogues for our clients, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and best practices
– Conduct proactive product research and analysis to identify opportunities for catalogue expansion and improvement
– Develop and implement innovative strategies for product bundling, variations, and parent-child relationships
– Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather product information, images, and other assets required for catalogue optimisation
– Monitor and report on catalogue performance, providing actionable recommendations for ongoing optimisation
– Stay ahead of the curve with Amazon’s catalogue requirements and guidelines, proactively adapting to changes
– Provide training and support to clients and team members on catalogue best practices and strategies
– General VA Amazon tasks
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Catalogue Specialist or similar role, with a strong preference for experience working within Amazon
– In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s catalogue policies, requirements, and best practices
– Strong understanding of product data management, including product attributes, variations, and relationships
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
– Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome catalogue-related challenges
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively with clients and internal teams
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Amazon-related tools (e.g., Seller Central, Vendor Central)
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
– Based in the UK or able to work within the UK time zone
Preferred:
– Experience working with food and drink brands
– Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces (US, Canada, UK, Europe)
– Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices
– Experience with product information management (PIM) systems
