Established two and a half years ago, we work with leading food and drink brands in the UK and Europe and are excited to expand our services to clients in the US and Canadian markets. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales and lead generation who can help us continue our impressive growth trajectory.

As a crucial member of our UK-based startup team, you will have the opportunity to shape our sales strategies and play a key role in our business development efforts. We offer a dynamic, target-driven environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of our agency and our clients. Ideally, candidates can work within the UK time zone to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team and prospects.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients
– Conduct thorough research to build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers within food and drink brands
– Craft compelling outreach messages and campaigns to capture the attention of potential clients and generate interest in our services
– Manage and nurture relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales pipeline from initial contact to closed deals
– Collaborate with our account management and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and align our offerings with their needs
– Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimise our lead generation efforts
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Amazon consulting space

Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within the e-commerce or digital marketing industry
– Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and the challenges faced by food and drink brands
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
– Proficiency in sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
– Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong research and organisational skills, with attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
– Able to work within the UK time zone

Preferred:
– Experience working with food and drink brands or in the FMCG sector
– Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces (US, Canada, UK, Europe)
– Familiarity with e-commerce trends and best practices
– Relevant certifications or training in sales or digital marketing
