Overview:
We are a dynamic agency looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analytics, social media management, graphic design, video editing, and e-commerce platform maintenance. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Amazon analytics, social media presence, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Analytics:
Conduct detailed analytics for Amazon, synthesizing data into comprehensive PDF reports.
Ensure a rapid turnaround time of under 24 hours, preferably 12 hours, to meet client demands.

Collaborate with the social media manager to create engaging designs for posts.
Schedule and post content across various social media platforms daily.
Proactively engage with users and manage interactions across all social media accounts.

3. LinkedIn Engagement:
Perform daily engagement activities on LinkedIn, including endorsements and interactions with connected profiles.

4. Podcast and Video Production:
Edit podcast videos, create clips, and produce thumbnails, banners, and other related graphics.

5. E-commerce Support:
Update and maintain Shopify and WordPress sites, ensuring content is current and user-friendly.

Additional Responsibilities:
Take on additional tasks in Amazon analytics, social media, and e-commerce as required.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in analytics, social media management, graphic design, video editing, and e-commerce.
– Proficient in using analytical tools, social media platforms, graphic design software, and e-commerce systems (Shopify, WordPress).
– Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Fluent in English and proficient in written communication.
