Amazon and eBay Specialist

Are you passionate about e-commerce and ready to make a significant impact in a fast-growing flooring company based in the UK? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an eBay and Amazon Specialist. As a specialist, you will play a pivotal role in setting up, managing, and elevating our presence on key e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and our websites.
Responsibilities:
Product Listings Management: Upload, edit, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce channels.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via email and online chat, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Account Health Maintenance: Conduct daily checks to monitor account health and address any issues on e-commerce platforms.
Listing Optimization: Regularly audit and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other product details.
Online Marketing within Amazon and eBay: Collaborate on successful online marketing campaigns, such as PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, new product launches, and generating compliant reviews.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of best practices, trends, and updates on each e-commerce platform.
Versatility: Be ready to assist in various tasks to support other departments as needed.
Requirements:
E-commerce Expertise: Proven experience with Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attributes: Hardworking, resourceful, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Problem Solver: A fast learner who is proactive in suggesting process improvements.
Bonus Skills: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.
Self-Driven: Must be capable of independently solving problems.
