High end Amazon and kitchen knife brand seeks Creative Director to oversee all creative aspects of the business. Listing design(graphic design, copy writing, directing photoshoots or render artists), EBC, UGC video reviews, UGC ad campaigns. Bonus if you have experience with Amazon brands but not necessary.

Low/no working experience OK but must have a good portfolio. Decision and pay based on portfolio and work ethic.

ROLE
The ultimate goal of this position is to increase sales by continuously updating and testing design elements as well as complete ground up creation of new products and listing elements.

The creative director will oversee the entire customer touch point process from package design, photo/render direction, graphic design, sales writing, to UGC videos as well as adhering to overall creative and brand strategy. This role will involve a lot of split testing different creative elements to maximize sales.

DAY TO DAY
Main tasks you will be responsible for…
– Evaluating listings and determining areas of improvement based on set criteria
– Writing creative briefs for those areas of improvement
– Building out graphic design for those projects
– Overseeing and directing contractors in areas where you do not specialize like renders
– A/B split testing off Amazon with market surveys to get inside the head of the customer and determine which listing elements are most likely to result in a sale
– Referencing the data from those surveys to make creative decisions
– A/B split testing on Amazon to confirm results
– Referencing both sets of data to make improvements and guide future decisions
– Making sure we have continuous A/B tests up and running so product listings are always in a state of constant improvement
– Design product packaging based costs, size, customer experience, and increasing the chance of a review all while delivering exceptional creative
– Reviewing product categories and designing differentiated products that are an improvement from what is already on the market
– Sketching simple product designs for the basis of 3D production files made by a render artist or 3D file technician

– Basic understanding of ai
– Ability to work remotely and possess his/her own laptop with a high-speed connection
– High speed internet connection (please provide screenshot of internet speed)
– Backup internet like a nearby coffeeshop
– At least 4GB ram
– Ability to use google services – docs, sheets, forms, etc.
– Basic experience with spreadsheets
– Ability to take video calls and send looms
– Ability to follow directions even when you might disagree

BONUS SKILLS
– Experience with managing creative for Amazon FBA brands
– Knowledge of production capabilities, sales and supply trend
– Experience and a track record with reporting data analytics
