We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills to help us elevate that work as our full-time, Assistant Amazon Account Manager. Working alongside our Director of Brand Operations and the creative team, you will write and edit copy for a variety of client projects on Amazon working closely with the accounts and design teams to brainstorm ideasd create concepts, and develop messaging. Through research on Amazon SEO tools like Helium 10, you will gather data and information to help form high-quality listings with beautiful pictures, infographics, and copy that drives sales conversions.
Customer Service Excellence:
1. Engage in proactive communication with leads, prospects, and clients.
2. Manage the post-project engagement process, ensuring continuous connection with clients to assess their ongoing needs, secure reviews or testimonials, and encourage referrals.
3. Attend and actively participate in discovery calls, capturing essential information about potential clients.
Amazon Seller Central Management: With a foundational understanding of Seller Central, you will be responsible for:
1. Adding and updating product listings, including image and graphic content uploads.
2. Managing the case log and liaising with Seller Central support.
3. Analyzing Business Reports to glean insights on sales trends, orders, conversion rates, and other critical metrics.
Preferred Skills:
-Copywriting Skills: Craft compelling, keyword-optimized content for product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and graphics, enhancing our online presence and engagement.
-Creative Course Development: Collaborate in the creation of educational content using Canva, drafting presentations that will later be refined by our design team to ensure high-quality, engaging learning materials.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Excellent writing skills, able to create HIGH-QUALITY Amazon Listings and guide graphic designers to create beautiful visual content and compelling written content with keywords from tools like Helium 10.
· Experience with Helium 10 for product and market research.
· Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
· Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and proficiency in Canva.
· Experience in customer service and project management tools, like ClickUp or Asana, is preferred.
