Amazon Brand Lead Designer

What are we looking for:

Multiplymii is in search of a top-tier Brand Lead Designer, you will be working with our US based client. Our client is an eCommerce company whose goal is to expand and reinforce brand identity, build systems and extend product lines to the next level.

We are looking for someone with creative vision and incomparable standards. You should be intimate with the end-to-end experience of design objects and how those objects translate into business value. You will manage the overall design projects from beginning to end and ensure design efforts meet both customers’ needs and business goals and you must design pages that create the most effective customer experience for our eCommerce products or brands.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal. The ideal candidate has a passion for work, a keen eye for detail, and a very strong creative juices and ability to conceptualize design from scratch to finish.

This role is 100% remote.

In this role, you will:

– Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.
– Ability to fully and creatively conceptualize a lifestyle product images/design from ground up (in Amazon and other eCommerce platforms)
– Collaborating with managers and other team members and attending meetings to discuss ongoing projects.
– Creating storyboards to visualize scenes, designs, concepts and create creative designs for eCommerce product pages
– Work in media production and use illustration and Adobe computer software programs to create original animations, designs and graphics.
– You will be the top tier brand design manager, responsible for the overall design direction and guidelines brand from concept to output
– Put together a concept to producing the concept
– Design product listings that increase online sales and conversion
– Design and optimize product listing and product page
– Carefully and creatively orchestrating the content on your product’s Amazon page to boosting sales

About You:

Basic qualifications:

– 3+ years of Product Listing Designing (Graphic and Brand design) experience
– Experience with Amazon (basic product listing) plus other online eCommerce platforms
– A robust portfolio of successful products demonstrating your design thinking abilities and how their decisions impacted the success
– Experience in Amazon A+ contents are a huge plus (technical design)
– You should be a disruptor and innovator in your field of specialization
– You are equally talented in analytics and creativity
– Capable of looking at the big picture and diving into details
– Has the ability to solve difficult design problems and create frameworks from these design solutions
– Should be familiar with all the software standard in Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro and any other related tool that will help you succeed in your role)
– You own a personal computer that has specs capable of managing demanding tasks.
– You should be detail-oriented, flexible, and a good team player.
– Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Excellent time management skills.
– Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware.
