Responsibilities:

– Create new product listings on the Amazon platform, ensuring they follow specifications provided by the Amazon account manager. This role requires knowledge of Amazon’s Image and listing guidelines.
– Ability to use one of; Canva, photoshop, or other graphic design tools to create engaging and eye-catching product images, infographics, and enhanced brand content to drive customer interest and conversion.
– Develop and implement A+ content for product listings, providing an enhanced shopping experience for customers that increases sales.
– Create and manage ASINS variations for listings, ensuring a seamless and organized customer experience.
– Manage brand registry cases to ensure that other sellers aren’t listing products on our ASIN’s.
– Responsible for creating, testing, monitoring, and continually optimizing the brand store, product pages, and A+ content for existing and new products to drive traffic and sales
– Set the KPI’s for traffic, sales, and profit per product.
– Create a dashboard that allows any member of the team to quickly analyze whether a product is performing poorly, average, or great.
– Analyze the Daily Sales Tracker, 7 day trend, GAP Analysis, Keyword Rank Tracker, Brand Analytics, Product Opportunity Explorer and any other tools/datasets related to the performance of products live on the Amazon platform.

In future, roles may expand to assist in managing Ad campaigns within Amazon, TikTok shop management, inbound email prioritization and product research.

Work 9 to 5 PST. Monday through Friday.

??Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating and improving Amazon Account Listing within Seller Central.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing experience, A+ Content creation experience
– Demonstrated proficiency in using either Canva, Photoshop or similar graphic design tools to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
– Experience creating A+ content for Amazon listings, showcasing an ability to enhance product pages with rich media and compelling storytelling. *when you apply, include the word Chocolate in your Cover Letter
– Proven experience in creating and managing variations for existing product listings.
– Familiarity with the process of adding new parent ASINs to the catalog and ensuring accurate product information.
– Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Seller Central, Brand Registry and familiarity with best practices for product listing optimization.
– Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in product information, images, and overall presentation.
– English Proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to plan and execute strategies independently that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
– Proficiency in ClickUp, Slack, Excel, Google, MS Office, Loom.
– Strong project management skills and eagerness to learn
– A keen understanding of all data points pertaining to SKU performance and how to determine what actions can be taken to improve those metrics
– Ability to create excel reports/templates/pivot tables

– At this time, we offer pay on a weekly basis via .
– Starting 90 days after the working relationship has started, we offer Paid Vacation and Sick time depending on the number of days remaining in the calendar year. These pools of time will be reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
– We offer a “13th month” salary in December, which results in doubling the salary during the month of December.
– For this position, we are offering a weekly salary range of USD 290, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week. During training the first few week’s hours may be lower, but the salary rate will remain the same. The total per month would then be $ 1,160 USD.
– We will give pay increases based on performance
