Key Responsibilities:
• Gain expert knowledge on the full range of category products and put in place mechanisms to review sales performance as well as use AI and analytical tools to forecast future sales patterns. ?
• Drive initiatives to increase sales, reduce costs, increase margin, and drive traffic & conversion rate of acquired products. ?
• Develop new product proposals by finding a niche basis relevant to market analysis and creating a business plan with financial costings, anticipated margins, sales volumes, and turnover. ?
• Measure brand performance against target KPIs, whilst keeping close to margin, and provide regular monitoring of brand performance metrics across multiple channels. ?
• Work cross-functionally alongside business functions to drive growth utilising a variety of levers, in particular, marketing and being aligned to the overall CINCHONA strategy. ?
• Manage listings daily, including maintaining best seller tags, monitoring metrics shifts, pricing changes, and product inventory, as well as high levels of communication with Seller Central where required. ?
• Open cases and continually push Seller Support to give us our desired result. The key is to never back out and continue to open cases, email, and call via phone until we have a resolution.
• Identify and protect ASINs against impairments (stock-outs, suspensions, etc.) and bring impairments to a quick resolution in a proactive way. ?
• Analyse ASIN level data (sales, conversion rate, sessions, costs, etc.) to determine why certain products are trending up or down; clearly articulate observations and propose strategies for troubleshooting. ?
• Utilise internet resources to solve problems when difficult or new problems arise.
• Manage inventory, shipping plans, sales reports, feedback removal, and other basic tasks inside Seller Central, not including customer service. ?
• Responsible for maintaining regular communication with suppliers and vendors.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and gain valuable market
intelligence on trending products and changes to the production side. ?
• Responsible for end-to-end execution, including conducting market research,
developing the product, ensuring compliance with regulations, and other related tasks for new products.
