Amazon Brand Manager

I have two growing brands in the e-commerce space. I am looking for a full-time employee to spend 20 hours per week on each brand. I Heart Nature is a cold press soap brand focusing on all-natural, organic soaps and cleaners. Renuv is a household cleaning brand focused on laundry detergent, dishwasher cleaner, and garbage disposal cleaner. We are dedicated to creating exceptional products and services for our customers at an affordable price. We are a team based in the USA with four full-time employees in the Philippines.

We’re seeking a full-time employee – an expert in all things Amazon and Amazon PPC!

Responsibilities:

– Oversee Amazon PPC daily – launching new campaigns, finding keywords, optimizing campaigns, and reducing wasteful spending. (Sponsored Product / Sponsored Brands / Video Ads / Sponsored Display)

– Provide regular reports and analyses, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.

– Identify high-potential keywords and optimize product listings accordingly.

– Work with the team to create and implement a launch strategy for new products

– Design new product listings within Amazon that optimize for important keywords

– Day-to-day Amazon operations, including product catalog maintenance, Amazon troubleshooting, and inventory management, customer support.

– Monitor product reviews, ratings, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
– Understanding Amazon Search Query Report and how to analyze the data and make an action plan.

Qualifications:
– You will be working directly with the USA-based team; our current remote team members work from 4 pm to Midnight local time, Monday – Friday
– 2+ Years of Amazon PPC experience optimizing/launching campaigns
– 2+ Years experience as an Amazon brand manager, including catalog management, creating support cases, product detail pages, reimbursements
– Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills:
– Experience using Helium10 or Jungle Scout
– Background in data analytics and statistics
