Job Description:
Rhino USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon brand manager to join our fast-paced team. As an integral member of our team, you will focus on brand consistency across all touchpoints on Amazon, including product pages, storefronts, advertising campaigns, and customer communications, to reinforce brand identity and values. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of brand performance analysis and market trends. They will also collaborate with creative and logistics teams to ensure a seamless transition between marketing material, stock on hand, and sales. You will also play a crucial role in case management related to account health flags and sales interruptions. You will work closely with a supportive team of highly motivated keyword specialists, PPC analysts, marketplace specialists, and catalog manager to support project timelines. You will be an asset in growing sales across various international markets such as North America, United Kingdom, and Europe.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee the creation and management of product listings on Amazon, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, compelling product descriptions, and high-quality images to maximize conversion rates.
– Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and initiatives, and identify areas for improvement based on A/B testing and competitor analysis.
– Implement strategies to boost conversion rates that may include sales, events, promotions, and more.
– Monitor trending listing alerts not limited to pricing errors, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, feed file errors, and Amazon glitches. Also calm emergent account health flag alerts and other defense cases related and not limited to VOC, brand registry, compliance, at risk listings.
– Own a higher level of thinking as it relates to different types of listings (Narf, FBM, FBA) Promotions, Storefronts, etc.
– Stay updated on Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices related to brand management, product listings, advertising, and customer service to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling across all marketing material, especially A+ content, brand store fronts, product detail pages, and display ads.
– Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
– In-depth understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, including seller central, advertising platforms, and analytics tools (2-years).
Brand management or relative ecommerce experience (2-years).
