Position Overview:
We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Amazon Brand Manager to oversee our brand presence on Amazon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of their Amazon store, from merchandising refreshes and product page optimizations, storefront updates, to managing paid ads and ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive review management and forwarding issues to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
? Merchandising and Product Listings: Regularly update and refresh merchandise offerings. Ensure product pages are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion, including high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and accurate product information.
? SEO Optimization: Implement effective SEO strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings on Amazon. Conduct keyword research and optimize listings accordingly. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Amazon paid advertising campaigns
(e.g., PPC, display ads) to increase brand visibility and sales. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
? Customer Reviews: Monitor and respond to customer reviews in a timely and professional manner. Escalate any critical feedback to management for further action.
? Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Amazon’s analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve brand performance.
? Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
? Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, design, and customer service teams to ensure product availability, design relevancy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
? Proven experience in brand management, particularly on Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.
? Strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, advertising solutions, and SEO best practices.
? Excellent analytical skills with a knack for data analysis and reporting.
? Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong communication and customer service skills.
? Proficiency in digital communication tools, such as Zoom and email, is essential for effective remote communication and collaboration.
? This position is remote, offering flexible work hours to accommodate international time zones. However, availability for meetings during North American (New York) business hours is required.
? Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Business Administration.
